For both Pilates and Gyrotonic, the methods truly lend themselves to private sessions and teachers are able to individualize each lesson according to the client's knowledge of the work, physical awareness and state of being.

DUET SESSIONS (2 students)
$130 - Duet Sessions ($65 per person)
$1200 - Package of 10 ($600 per person)
TRIO SESSIONS (3 students)

GYROKINESIS® & PILATES MAT
No classes are currently being offered.
Any comfortable workout clothing is acceptable. No shoes are allowed in the studio. You may wear socks, however barefoot is acceptable for the exercises. Cell phones must be in silent mode throughout the class.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If notice is received less than 24 hours prior to your session, you will be charged the full price of your session. Illness is an exception. Please notify us by 8:00 a.m. the day of your session to avoid being charged.
COVID GUIDELINES
To ensure the health of our clients and instructors, we are observing strict guidelines to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Though we are no longer requiring proof of vaccination and masks are optional, we encourage clients to keep themselves and others safe by being vaccinated and wearing masks in public places, especially when traveling by plane. We require that all clients and staff wash their hands in the restroom adjacent to the studio prior to entering the studio and absolutely refraining from entering if experiencing any symptoms of illness.
