OUR SERVICES
PILATES
Over the past 30 years, much of the developed world has experienced the explosion in demand for Pilates. Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor, but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds.
GYROTONIC®
The Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Methods are original and unique movement practices performed on specialized equipment, mat and a stool. The sequences are composed of spiraling, circular movements which flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions, with corresponding breath. With Gyrotonic exercises, each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. These carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength and flexibility.
TEACHER TRAINING
The Comprehensive Teacher Training course totals over 400 hours of study, including observation, supervised teaching, personal practice, lessons and workouts; as well as written and practical testing and performance evaluation.
We are now accepting enrollment to our 2025 Comprehensive Teacher Training.
